Baskets are lowered to eight and a half feet, and every player plays at least half of each game. All players take turns throwing the ball inbounds, dribbling the ball up the floor, and participate in ball handling drills before each game.

Teams only play other teams in their same age group. Coaches are on the floor instructing the players and not hollering from the bench. Players have plenty of room as they play on a full size court, not on shorter cross courts.

The players are rewarded for more than just making baskets. Points are also scored by rebounding, stealing passes, completing passes inside the three point arc, and of course making shots.

Games will be played on Thursdays or Saturdays.
