If you don't want to or are unable to run the entire length of the floor anymore, but still want to compete in basketball, then this is the league for you.
The Tuesday Night League has a minimum age of 40 years or older; The Thursday Night (more competitive) league participation age is thirty years or older. All games start at 8:30 PM.
The season includes 14 league nights and a season ending tournment. Games start the first week after Thankgiving.
Each division is limited to the first eight teams.
