Every basketball player wants to run faster, jump higher, shoot better and have their game ready when the basketball season begins....NOW YOU CAN! Springfield Basketball Academy has designed a proven program specifically for basketball players to be held at The Gym.
LOOK AT THESE PROVEN RESULTS IN ONE FIVE WEEK SESSION... Choose from two or three days a week sessions. All sessions meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You choose which days are convenient to you. Classes start promptly at 6:00 pm. Sessions have 45 minutes of PLYOMETRIC TRAINING and 45 minutes of BASKETBALL SHOOTING. Our program has certified trainers and experienced basketball coaches.
